cant see the checkbox in the form

    hello, im using a form with 1 check box only and the submit button.
    somehow i cant see the check box.maybe i set it wrong way
    i see just the submit button.

    also my revolution slider from homepage disappeared. dont know why

    thanx!

    * the form id display after pressing the button at the home page, after the text.

    i just started working with this yesterday so nothing changed.

    the form work great!

    about updating revolution slider i get this error when pressing the link update, as u recommended:

    Not Acceptable!

    An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

    and last thing is about the woocommerce ..i opened a ticket about it earlier. seems strange that a regular user cant buy from shop or creating an account from “my account” page. maybe it is connect to my earlier issue of opening a user for u that i couldnt succeed.

    1. Looks like an error that has to do with your webhost.

    Try sending them this question and let us know if it works.

    2. I don’t see a shop page on your website.

    Anyway did you try deactivation all other plugins and checking if it works?
