Once your order is made, you can instantly access your theme(s) through your Pojo account for download and installation on your website. You will also automatically receive an email with a link for downloading the theme(s). Having trouble? Click here for a step-by-step guide.
How do I download my purchase?
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download what you've purchased. Alternatively you can download your theme(s) directly from your Pojo account.
Why didn’t I receive any emails regarding my purchase?
The confirmation email is sent to you automatically. If you didn’t receive an email shortly after registering or making a purchase, please check your spam. You can also check your order status under "Purchases” in "My Account," as well as view all your downloads. If you're still having trouble, please contact us.
Is it possible to upgrade my package after purchasing?
Yes. You can upgrade your package throughout the license period, at no extra cost – the cost of your first package goes toward the upgraded one. You just add the difference. Once you’ve upgraded, you will instantly receive access according to the package you have chosen.
Do your themes work with other plugins?
Yes. All Pojo themes were written according to WordPress' official standard and they work very well with most plugins. However, with the thousands of plugins available out there, we cannot guarantee that all of them will work well.
Does the package include web hosting?
No. At present we are focusing exclusively on WordPress themes.
How do I renew my license and how much does it cost?
Before your license expires you will receive an email notifying you that it’s time to renew your license. You can renew your license through your Pojo account. Renewal of a Developer License and an All Themes Package license is the same annual cost as the original purchase. Renewal of a Private License has a discount of 50% off the original cost.
What’s the difference between a Private and a Developer License?
A Private License enables you to use one theme for one domain, and is especially suitable for private users. Developers and designers can purchase the Developer License, which includes one theme for a number of domains (10 or 100), or the All Themes Package which includes all Pojo themes for a number of domains (10, 50 or 100), as well as Photoshop (PSD) files and any new themes that are launched during the license period. All licenses include support and updates for one year.
Is it possible to purchase one theme and use it for multiple sites?
When you purchase a Private License, you can use one theme for one website only. If you’d like to use a theme in more than one website, you can select one of the following options:
- Purchase another Private License: One theme for one domain.
- Purchase a Developer License: One theme with the option to install it on a number of websites (10).
- Purchase the All Themes Package: Access to all Pojo themes (including new ones launched during membership period) for one year, with license for installation on a number of websites (10/50/100).
Will my theme still work after the license expires?
Yes. You are free to continue using the theme(s) under the terms of the license you received, but you won’t receive any updates or support. To receive updates and support, simply renew your license at any time.
Why do I need to renew my license in order to receive updates and support every year?
Updates include bug fixing, new features and a full compatibility to new WordPress versions. A yearly license renewal also provides free access to the Support Forum whenever you need help.
Why don’t you offer an unlimited license?
We believe that an unlimited license is unsound, from a business perspective as well as in fairness to the client. The license has its limits in order to ensure you get quality service in a timely manner. We believe that 100 domains is a large enough amount for most users. However, we do provide a more expanded license for large companies and businesses that require a large amount of licenses. Contact us for more information in this regard.
How do I install a Pojo theme?
Do you offer support for other WordPress themes?
Our support is for Pojo themes only so as to enable quick response time and assist our clients in problem-solving regarding our products.
Which browsers do your themes support?
Our themes support all current browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Internet Explorer (versions 9 and up).
How do you provide support?
We provide support through our Support Forum and Documentation, both of which are expanding all the time. We don’t provide support via phone, email, social media or chat. You will find that we do our very best to address as quickly as possible any question posed in the forum.
I'm a web designer. Can I use Pojo without acknowledging Pojo on the sites I build for my clients?
Yes. As long as you comply with the terms of your license, you can use our themes and take the credit for yourself.
