    I want to know how to add sound to video background in the page builder

    and how can i make video to be full screen height

    Hi,
    Unfortunately, there is no way to add sound in video bg.
    (for this, you can try to use a slider with revolution slider).

    As for full height – After you insert the video with the section settings,
    you should give it padding bottom value (lets say 960px).

    This is why i suggest you will use Revolution Slider.
    The background video of a section relies on a content that “populate” it.
    So if you don’t have anything inside, the only way to give it full height is to force it with a value.
