    is there a place to set the default page title bar section so that I do not have to set it on each page?
    the default does not show the title bar that I set under widgets and I would like to set that for my pages (not posts)

    You can determine in what pages it will appear under Theme Options > Content > Title Bar,
    And set it’s appearance under Design > Customize > Title Bar.

    Hi Boaz
    In options – I set the title bar to show
    in customize – title bar – I set the look
    – but I cannot set the default of the title bar to be widget title bar instead of the current default which is set to the title of the page.

    where can I change this default setting?

    Hi,
    In this case, you have in Customize > Widgets an option to set the Sub header to which you can insert a widget.
