    Please upgrade WordPress and theme versions.
    Also, i see that you are using a child theme.
    If after updating it is still doesn’t work, switch to the main theme.

    We will continue to check afterword.

    i update theme, wp and plugins
    but the problem stay

    It seems to me like a memory issue.
    Everything else looks good.
    Try to contact your host and ask them to solve this.
    Let me know their reply.
