Hello! I´m just starting working with my page, and when I make click in “edit whit elementor”, shows me this: “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 83 bytes) in /home/flor711/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2940”

I dont know if it is by this but i cant edit nothing in my page, even either with “page builder”, (with the tool of drag and drop, I meant.)

    Hope for your answers.
    Thank you! bye

Excuse me, but your answer does not help me at all. I know nothing about codes, and its my first day with wordpress, so please i need that you give me more tools to fix this problem. The information in the link is simple and short, and does not work for me, because I do not know where to find the things that are mentioned. I’m looking at other pages, but I cant understand how to fix the problem
Please, reach out the information to my basic level.

    Thanks!!!

    Hi Florenca,
So if you don’t have experience with this at all, it will be best and easiest to contact your host.
This is an issue related with your server, so you have to ask your host to fix it.

Let me know if there is anything else i can do.

    Best Regards,
    Boaz

I wish you’d give me that council from the start. Thanks to the first recommendation, I ruined the code and had to uninstall all wordpress, wasting a lot of work time. Fortunately the technical support of the hosting, helped me properly to solve the problem.
You should take better care of your customers. Your ad says “5 star service”. I hope they give me better help next time.

    Thanks for your time, Flor
