    Hi,

    I’m uploading images 1600 by 1200, same as you mention,
    however, what ever image I’m uploading, it’s getting fut and
    the image cannot be see proparly.
    Please advise I can I know which images size I can use without this kind of problem.

    Can you attach here a link to the image itself?
    Do you mean that you are uploading it at 1600 by 1200, and it become smaller?

    A friend found the problem and it got fixed.
