    where there is no side bar
    the title has no margin top or right.

    As this is H1 and automatically generated I do not know how to change the parameters.

    Hi,

    Note that this happens when you are setting the page to 100% width, which means without margin/padding at all.
    If you will change this to Full width you will get a little padding.
