Hi Guys
A key requirement of most of my sites is the inclusion of Learning functionality. As I make extensive use of Woocommerce, I have standardised on Woocommerce Sensei. Unfortunately, I suspect that Sensei follows the same design structure as Woocommerce, with the result that it suffers from the similar sidebar and other display issues if not catered for in the relevant theme.
Woocommerce has an entire documentation section devoted to this problem (refer https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/sensei-and-theme-compatibility/) and does offer a proposed method of dealing with the issue. Given the “apparent” non-standard approach of Pojo themes (Everest), are you able to provide some input in how to address this problem?
Regards

Unfortunately, there is not much that we can do…
This is something you need to check with Woocommerce/Sensei support.25/01/2017 at 14:34 #2821Hi Boaz
Why is that? The question is whether you are prepared to support Sensei. They have explained in a general way how themes can support Sensei, but you would need to assess what functions.php changes would be required from a POJO perspective to support Sensei Am I correct in assuming that you are not prepared to do support users in their endeavour to support Sensei?
Many thanks
Michael25/01/2017 at 15:01 #2822What are they suggesting that we should do?

If you follow the link in my first email, it is explained in a fair bit of detail. The question is how is this tranlated into POJO themes.

Last ditch attempt. Apart from Pojo, is there anyone else that has a sound knowledge of the structure of your themes that can offer support? As I may have intimated earlier, I am attempting to put together a consistent platform for future developments. As such, I will be standardising on Automattic products wherever feasible, and that other platform-related products should also support Automattic. If this support is not possible, I must remove them from my standardisation list. As it is, something that would have taken a competent WordPress/Woocommerce developer a maximum fifteen minutes to offer some advice or direction, has rather taken much longer with no outcome.
