Cannot activate theme, activation key does not register.

    I’m running a wp-multisite installation and am trying to activate the Leader theme on one of the subdomain sites mapped to its own URL.

    I added the URL to the “manage sites” link in the Pojo.me dashboard.
    In the WP dashboard however, when I enter the activation key it does not register properly and redirects me to the same page as if I never entered any key.

    The Pojo.me dashboard confirms that my theme has not been activated.

    Any ideas why the activation key fails to work?

    Hello Boaz,

    Unfortunately we have an issue with multisite licenses,and it’s possible to upgrade a license only when the theme is installed on the main site.

    Which is why it would be easiest for you to upgrade manually.

    Is this issue going to be resolved in the near future, and will this have any effect on how I use the theme or on the performance of the site?

    If it’s just an update issue then I can live with it.. but if the theme won’t work properly because it isn’t “activated”, that’s a whole other story.

    Everything is supposed to work perfectly, except the automatic update which right now doesn’t work well with a theme on a multisite that isn’t updated on the main site.

    Aside from that there aren’t supposed to be any issues.
