Ok it seems that your server is blocking the update for some reason.

So instead update RevSlider manually:

Go to My Account > Downloads > Revolution Slider.

Download the ZIP file then extract the RevSlider folder and upload it via FTP to the wp-content/plugins folder.

This will overwrite the current Revslider folder.
