Unfortunately, when we entered your FTP we didn’t know that it is a windows server, and all the permissions for the files created a big mess.You must contact your server administrator to fix this. We can’t resolve this problem before you do this.

Anyway, if you want we can help you with your hosting company. We are here for you until the problem will be solved!
