I see you can’t write in wp-content/uploads/thumb folder. You are need to enable access to write in that folder (chmod 755). You can see reference there: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions

BTW, you have old version of the theme and plugins and WordPress. We highly recommend that you update them.
