    Dear Support,

    Colors for the widgets not showing up o the homepage, but in the (Child) theme preview the are visable.
    I’am using a Child Theme and think that that is causing the trouble and something is missing here I think.

    Could you help me out and see what I do going wrong?

    Could you first switch back to the main theme and see if it’s working properly with it?

    Hi Boaz, thanks for you responce.
    That works fine, when I switch to the original theme. Does that mean I have not setup the child theme properly?
    What should there be in that (Child) folder??

    Did you create the child theme yourself?
    Or did you downloaded it from our website (through your account)?

    Hi Boaz, no the child theme was downloaded again today and placed in the folder but still cannot seem to get the color going.
    We have got Scoop ChildVersion: 1.0.0 is that latest?

    No problem, but before i can proceed checking i will need you to activate your theme and upgrade its version.

    Boaz,
    I only addded some CSS CODE to the Customizing panel, No other code in the child theme.
    In the customize mode your able to see the colors working.

    Lets try something else:

    1. Go to Theme options > Tools > Customizer Export, where you can export your customizer settings to a file (better save your custom css in a file on your desktop just for case).

    2. in this screen press Reset Customizer.

    3. Finally Import the file you have exported on step 1.
