    Hi There,

    I am building a photographers website and trying to create galleries for each photographer. I can create the main gallery page without issue, but when you click on the image, the lightbox is blank and says ‘image can not be loaded’ I had this on another site I was developing as well. Is there a minimum resolution for an image to appear within the lightbox, as all the images are already in the Media Library from the preceding website, so wondered if image size might be an issue or if it’s something else that I might have overlooked.

    Hello Ken,

    What are the images’ sizes?

    I don’t think it has to do with the sizes..did you try deactivating other plugins that are installed?

    Are you working with an updated version of WP and the theme?

    Hi Noa,

    I am running WordPress 4.4.2 , the theme and plug ins are all up to date, plus only have the plugins that came with the theme active and still can’t get the images to appear in the lightbox.

    Ok before I check this, try asking your web host about this issue.

    Figured it out, I hadn’t linked it to the Media file in the gallery settings, its working fine now, thanks
