issues with buzz – to create with elementor or the builder

I am working with buzz and it seems overall it is great but I have encountered the following issues: I am not sure if I should build the pages with elementor or the builder – here are the issues

1. in elementor – I cannot get the heading of a section on the homepage to have that line that you have shown in the demo or that appears on

how can I do that?
2. also with elementor – If I used the sidebar widget – it freezes that page and i can no longer add elements to the page.
what do you advise?

with the builder
1. the problem is that when I add the posts – I want just one standard size and I get the featured post with it – and I do not want that size at all – just the size that I have in the listing of posts in 2 rows on http://dev.jewishcoffeehouse.com/home-ejch/ – how can i do that ?

1. the ticker is not on the secondary background as you have it on your demo but appears on the white primary background – how can I change that
2. i would like to use the posts list but without the featured posts option – using hide for all the options – did not help the situation

I want to know how to get the line next to the title of a section when using elementor – when using the builder it just shows up

3. if i create the page using the builder – then I cannot edit those elements in elementor – correct? I am finding elementor difficult to work with unfortunately – some of the features in the builder do
