I moved my website from one regular shared hosting to a new hosting company for a VPS server.
My IT guy copied the site and data base and pasted on the new server after set up.
I now have only one problem: The preview images of SOME (not all!) posts are simply not displaying. Even though they are there in the admin and code itself , they are not being displayed.
I am almost sure there is a setting issue here. Can someone please tell me where in the settings there is a Show or DON’T SHOW preview option?
Thanks!

Most of the articles on the HP have no preview displayed even though an image is placed in the admin panel. Just have a look at all the titles on Wall.co.il and see.
Also, see a category page for example http://www.wall.co.il/category/%D7%9E%D7%A2%D7%A0%D7%99%D7%99%D7%9F/Thanks

wp-content/uploads/thumbfolder. You are need to enable access to write in that folder (chmod 755). You can see reference there: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_PermissionsBTW, you have old version of the theme and plugins and WordPress. We highly recommend that you update them.
