reset password not working

    Trying to reset my admin password by clicking the “Lost your password?” link and I keep getting sent to a 404 page.

    Hi,
    This isn’t concerning the theme, but probably one of your plugins.
    Through FTP change your Plugins folder name to something else (no matter what, it’s just to prevent the system from finding the plugins).
    Then try and reset your password again.
    Finally, change the plugins folders’ name to Plugins again, and find out what plugin causes this conflict.
