    i want to create side menu in some pages (not in home) & i wnt to use on it anchor
    because its going to be long page. how can i do it?

    First, create the anchors in the page with the anchor plugin.
    After you set all the different anchors, you should create a menu.
    Go to Design > Menus, and create there a menu with custom links.
    In the URL of every link you should insert ‘#anchor name’.
