I didn’t mean necessarily to cut it but to edit it.
For example, to add some white space to the image, top & bottom.Also, if you are using a specific section for mobile, you can try to set the image size to ‘contain’,
but this way it can leave you some unwanted spaces.I have just checked these 2 options (under Elementor > Settings):

However, to get an optimal result I would edit an image specifically for this.
i.e. create a vertical image which will feet to mobile proportions.The meaning of Cover is that the image will always cover the entire container.
When there is an image with information on one side (as in your case), it is better to create 2 sections:
One that will be visible on desktop and the other one on mobile.

אני מציע שאולי תבדוק את זה בפורום של ווקומרס.יש לך הגדרות של התמונת רקע אופציה שנקראת: Attachment שאת צריכה להגדיר כ-קבוע.
