    I use a lot of galleries with one photo, just to show.
    When you go over the photo with your cursor it shows a “milky” hover effect.

    Can i disable it so it is just a stable photo without any effects.

    Are you referring to the Recent Galleries widget in the Page Builder?

    Yes it is the new gallery widget

    The white hover over the photo’s should not appear.

    Try inserting this code in Appearance > Live CSS:

    .gallery img:hover{opacity: 1;}
