    Hi,

    I am using the Atlanta theme with the Polylang plugin, I have translated all the pages and created the menus, but when you switch from English to German the German menus don’t appear.

    Some form of menu appears under the logo to the left that you can see if you highlight the logo and space beneath.

    I have found this forum within theWordpress site but not sure if this is the correct issue

    Any help to getting this language menu working would be greatly appreciated as I have to translate the site into a further 5 languages!

    Hello Ken,

    In Appearance > Menus > you set the German menu (marked the checkbox) and saved it right?

    Hi Noa,

    As far as I am aware, all the menu’s say they are set to the correct languages,
    See below:
    Primary Menu Deutsch (Currently set to: main menu (german))
    Primary Menu English (Currently set to: Main_menu)
    Primary Mobile Menu Deutsch (Currently set to: Mobile_Only (Mobile Menu Deutsch))
    Primary Mobile Menu English (Currently set to: Mobile_only)

    Ok it seems that one (or maybe some) of the external plugins installed is causing this issue.

    I deactivated all the external plugins and as you can see now the german menu appears.

    You can find the plugins I deactivated on the plugins page under Inactive.

    Try activating all of them then one by one deactivating them to see which one is causing the issue.

    Hi Noa,

    Thanks, I have tracked it down to the WP Customer area plugin, this is needed for a secure area for insurance agents (currently 250 agents) to login to and access private files. Can you recommend another plugin that will work with the Atlanta theme that allows for secure login and private pages please?
