There is actually a problem, caused by the fact that there is a lot of information and not all of it can be displayed in the same time.What would be the best solution in your opinion?
If we would set it to change automatically to Accordion on mobile devices, would it be a good solution?

All of the design changes should be under Appearance > Customize.
There you will find setting options for Header, BG, Typography and much more.Let me know if i can help with anything else.

So if you don’t have experience with this at all, it will be best and easiest to contact your host.

In order to make the header transparent you need to set a Title Bar for the page.
As soon as you will present the title bar, it will be transparent.It’s not just one line of code, but few ones, and unfortunately we can’t assist with this.

The image you are referring to, is the background image for the section in which the “Welcome” text is locate.
