Unfortunately, there is no built-in way to change the layout.

I’m sure it is not relate to our theme (you can check it easily by replacing the theme).
If Loco Translate doesn’t work for you, i suggest you will contact WooCommerce support with this issue.

Most of the plugins allows you to use a shortcode which you can insert in a text editor.

You could do it with a translation plugin such as Loco Translate.
