The Gallery conflict occurs due to one of the other plugins.
Try deactivating all of it and you will see it fixes this issue.

As for the BG image -Can you switch back to your main theme and see if it solve this?

You can include and display WooCommerce products with Elementor, but cannot design a product page of WooCommerce with it.

Please make sure you are using a child-theme for any code modifications.

You can create a blank page with no footer and no header.
But not without only footer.

You can change it only through code modifications, which we cannot assist with.
So, the simple, if not very efficient, solution is to insert it manually.

Actually as default, the featured image you assign to a page doesn’t appear in the page itself.
In Posts you can choose an image post type and then the image is include in the post.
