    Hi

I am unable to install the Slider Revolution plug in, this is the error that comes up:

    “Destination folder already exists. /home/sites/hanna-rose.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/
    Plugin install failed.”

It is the the most up to date Word Press version

    Hanna hello,

Yes, that error appears because our themes already come with the Revolution Slider plugin.

As written in our guide (step 4): https://support.pojo.me/docs/quick-start-guide/ go to Theme Options > Extensions, and there you’ll find all the extensions that come with our themes, including RevSlider.

There doesn’t appear to be Extensions within Theme Options.

Here are the options available within Theme Options:
    Home
    General
    Content
    Lightbox
    Install Plugins
    Demo Import
    Sharing
    Tools
    Licenses

Slider Revolution is the only one from the Install Required Plugins page that isn’t working, source says pres packged, type is required and status is not installed.

Go to the Plugin area in your Dashboard and check if the plugin is installed already.

If not, go to your FTP and manually remove the the plugin’s folder (revslider) – it’s probably been installed in the past.
